I introduced the Regional concept of On-Line Business Travel in Brazil and implement a regional (sometimes Global) model for e-commerce, since tools develop until Sales strategy and according Value Proposition. It resulting in an Online productivities increase of 150% over year (2004/2005) and 34% of average adoption in 2004 worked together with Sales and Relationship management team.

I was responsible for implementing several automation tools (File finishing) in order to optimize the end-to-end process and increase First-pass-yield PNR in On-Line and Off-line Business travel.

I worked directly with main customers in order to implement the best platform for our customers.
